What's the cost?

The search and selection process is all a part of our standard offering, and as such there is no fee attached. We don’t charge anything at all until after a candidate has commenced their employment with you, when we will then invoice you a one-off fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s remuneration package.

We do also offer a retained search service for certain roles where appropriate. In this case you would pay a portion of the introduction fee upfront in exchange for a different approach to your recruitment process, and the reminder of the fee upon the successful candidate starting with your firm.
