A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client in Hatfield Peverel.
Please note this is a maternity contract cover with a view to start as soon as possible.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Posting of Credit Card Expenses
- Posting of Cash Expenses
- Marketing support allocations and posting
- Account reconciliations
- Chasing VAT invoices
- Process payment requests
- Posting and analysis of the telephone bills
- Posting purchase invoices
- Processing credit notes
- Computer Literate, including intermediate Excel Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work as part of a team
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5:00PM
- Full time, 12 month maternity cover contract
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
