Property Litigation Solicitor

Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a well reputed, multi office law firm in the West-End who are seeking a 1-2 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or Assistant Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a fantastic team who offer excellent progression opportunities and high earning potential.

You'll be managing your own caseload whilst working alongside a Partner in the firm's London office, working on a variety of Property Litigation matters in both Residential and Commercial Property disputes. You will also be responsible for developing new lines of business.

Ideally, you will have gained experience from a reputable firm in Property Litigation, have strong Commercial awareness and be capable of meeting monthly targets.

In return, you will receive a salary between £33,000-£37,000 plus a significant bonus scheme on billings above target.

Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a highly regarded law firm with 2 London offices. The firm are currently seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 5-8 years PQE to join their Litigation team.

You\'ll be managing your own caseload, working alongside 2 Partners in this team on a wide range of Disputes for both Commercial and individual clients with instructions covering all aspects of Commercial and Property Litigation, Corporate Disputes and Insolvency/Restructuring including

  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Employment disputes
  • Contractual disputes
  • Director disqualification proceedings;
  • Property and construction litigation;
  • Insolvency & restructuring;
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Private wealth & Contested probate,
  • Property fraud and identify theft;
  • Professional negligence.
  • International Litigation & Arbitration Commercial Construction

Ideally, you will have gained experience from a reputable firm in a general Litigation position, confident in delivery of a high standard of client service and comfortable with business development to contribute to the growth and development of the department.

In return, you will receive a salary between £60,000-£70,000
