Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a well reputed, multi office law firm in the West-End who are seeking a 1-2 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or Assistant Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a fantastic team who offer excellent progression opportunities and high earning potential.


You'll be managing your own caseload whilst working alongside a Partner in the firm's London office, working on a variety of Property Litigation matters in both Residential and Commercial Property disputes. You will also be responsible for developing new lines of business.


Ideally, you will have gained experience from a reputable firm in Property Litigation, have strong Commercial awareness and be capable of meeting monthly targets.


In return, you will receive a salary between £33,000-£37,000 plus a significant bonus scheme on billings above target.

    The ideal candidate will be 3 years + PQE and have an extensive network of local contacts to help develop the residential property services and provide guidance and support to the existing successful team. You will manage your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared-ownership, lease extensions and transfers.

    A highly established and long running Law Firm who specialises in all aspects of Conveyancing and Property Law are looking for a Residential Conveyancer and a New Build Conveyancer to join the successful team in their South Essex Offices. The role can be based in Southend on Sea, Leigh on Sea or Billericay.

    They work with residential homebuyers and sellers as well as commercial clients and major property developers, providing all the advice needed to fully understand the legal process and make informed decisions about the transaction.

    The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries and new work, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts and compiling completion statements amongst other roles and responsibilities.
