Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor currently looking for a part-time role? Nelson Chambers are currently representing a London based law firm of public law specialists, in their search for a part-time employment solicitor.

This role will provide the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Partner and the team whilst also having autonomy over your own caseload.

Your caseload will involve contentious and non-contentious matters and your duties will include drafting policies, agreements and contracts; restructuring and TUPE work; and Employment Tribunal litigation.

The successful candidate will be 2 to 3 years PQE and have broad experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Whilst not a necessity experience of TUPE work and advising on pensions would be desirable.

    Nelson Chambers has been exclusively retained by an expanding, Legal 500 firm in Chelmsford. Due to high demand, they are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team.

    Key aspects within this large & busy team:

    To undertake fee earning work, working both independently with minimal supervision and as a member of the team; To maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist and help develop new relationships; Managing private client matters, with a particular focus on: preparation of Wills and trusts; Administration of estates and trusts; Advising clients with regard to LPAs and Deputy Orders; Managing relationships with IFAs, accountants and clients.

    You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish whether it is freehold or leasehold properties.
