There are several opportunities for Senior Consultants to join the Group, within both our Legal and Accountancy business areas.

These positions would suit either experienced recruiters or those who have strong knowledge in the relevant fields and are looking for a career change.  

You would report to a Director, and manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships. Support would also be available via our team of researchers, to assist you in finding world-class candidates.

Salary will be discussed based on experience and skill set. The Chambers Group also operates a commission scheme, as well as the potential to earn an additional bonus based on company-wide performance.

  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor
    £65000 per year - 68000 per year

    Nelson Chambers are delighted to be representing a fantastic, full-service law firm in Central London.

    The firm are seeking a 1-2 year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities.

    The successful candidate will need to have received high quality training and experience to date, including a strong academic record. Strong drafting skills and negotiating experience are essential. Court, arbitration and trial experience will be an advantage as will Property Litigation.

    You’ll be managing your own caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it’s important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent organisational skills are also essential.

    In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £65,000- £68,000

    Nelson Chambers is working with a growing, Legal 500 firm based in Romford. They are currently seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team.

    You’ll be working on a mixture of claimant & respondent matters including:

    Redundancy advice Disciplinary and unfair dismissal TUPE Settlement agreements Employment Tribunals

    This firm is looking for a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.

    Are you a junior Employment Solicitor looking to further your career? Nelson Chambers are delighted to be recruiting for a boutique, London based, employment law firm.

    This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for a talented and newly qualified Employment Solicitor to take the next steps in their career and work within an inclusive and friendly law firm who offer defined career progression opportunities.

    The successful candidate will ideally be NQ to 2 years PQ and have experience in drafting and advisory work (restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, employment contracts) as well as disciplinary issues and contentious work for both claimants and respondents etc.

    Working as part of this dedicated Employment law practice you can look forward to working directly with other Solicitors and Partners on larger projects whilst having autonomy over your own caseload.

  • Employment Lawyer (0-2 years PQE)

    Nelson Chambers are currently working with a fast-growing specialist media, technology and IP law firm.

    The firm is seeking to hire a junior employment law solicitor to join their employment group that provides employment law and HR strategy advice to a range of media and technology businesses.

    The role provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate junior employment law solicitor to continue to develop their experience by working on a range of employment law matters. The successful candidate will get involved in a broad mix of work, including but not limited to; supporting on transactions; advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters; advising on HR advisory and transformation projects; Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation; M & A; and senior executive work.

    The ideal candidate will be 1-2 PQE but strong NQ solicitors will also be considered. Additional requirements include;

    - Strong academic record

    - Excellent Employment Law knowledge

    - Experience advising HR teams

    - Business development ability

    Experience within the media and technology sectors is beneficial but not essential.
