Nelson Chambers are delighted to be working with a full-service commercial law firm based in Central London. My client is seeking applications from experienced Business Immigration lawyers to provide parental leave cover for a 1-year period. There is the possibility that this period would extend.

My clients Immigration team provides both personal and business immigration advise to a variety of high-net-worth individuals, private clients and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will be at least 4 years PQE and will be able to handle a variety of cases (e.g. skilled worker, entrepreneur ILR, naturalisation/registration applications) with minimal supervision.

You can look forward to working in a friendly and supportive team in a firm that punches above its weight. In terms of remuneration, my client is offering a competitive salary of between £50,000 to £75,000 (dependant upon experience).

  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor
    £65000 per year - 68000 per year

    The firm are seeking a 1-2 year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progression opportunities.

    The successful candidate will need to have received high quality training and experience to date, including a strong academic record. Strong drafting skills and negotiating experience are essential. Court, arbitration and trial experience will be an advantage as will Property Litigation.

    You’ll be managing your own caseload and providing support and supervision to others so it’s important that you are an effective communicator, can stay calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent organisational skills are also essential.

    In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £65,000- £68,000

    The firm is seeking to hire a junior employment law solicitor to join their employment group that provides employment law and HR strategy advice to a range of media and technology businesses.

    The role provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate junior employment law solicitor to continue to develop their experience by working on a range of employment law matters. The successful candidate will get involved in a broad mix of work, including but not limited to; supporting on transactions; advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters; advising on HR advisory and transformation projects; Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation; M & A; and senior executive work.

    The ideal candidate will be 1-2 PQE but strong NQ solicitors will also be considered. Additional requirements include;

    - Strong academic record

    - Excellent Employment Law knowledge

    - Experience advising HR teams

    - Business development ability

    Experience within the media and technology sectors is beneficial but not essential.
